Michael Field started representing talent with local bands and moved into modeling. After earning a degree in talent representation, he founded Knighthawk to build the firm he wished had existed when he was starting out.
The philosophy is simple: represent fewer people, better; know each client's craft as intimately as their contract; and refuse to confuse activity with progress.
